Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
Payment
Payment for treatment must be completed before the treatment begins or immediately after the treatment, as discussed and agreed upon with the therapist.
Treatment space
Clients must provide a clean, quiet, and safe space with sufficient room to set up the massage table and allow the therapist to move comfortably around all sides (approximately 2.5m x 3m).
Parking
Free and convenient parking must be available near the treatment location.
Health Information
Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medications before treatment. Treatment may be refused or adapted if necessary.

Massage therapy is provided for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical care and no diagnosis or medical advice is offered. Clients should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Professional Conduct
Mobile massage therapy is strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment required and no refunds.
